“I stayed in the "Bahama" for a week, and absolutely loved it! From the start, I was pleasantly surprised. Tom was easy to get a hold of and the whole transaction was a breeze. The room itself was neat and clean with modern updates, the decor was much nicer than any hotel room you'll find in Waikiki, and the building is in a great location. With a laundry room on every floor and it's own conveniently located parking spot, I highly recommend this place. And for the price, you simply can't go wrong!”

“Just a quick note to say I really enjoyed my stay at your studio. Though it is a studio, there was plenty of room with more storage than I have seen in much larger places. You have decorated it very tastefully. The building is neat, clean and secure, I felt very safe being there on my own. The ease of getting around from this central location was just awesome.
 
On all my previous trips to Oahu, I have always stayed in a unit with a water view, but honestly did not miss it at all! And to top it all was the wonderful follow through and pride that you take in personally managing your property and putting the comfort of guests as your primary goal. Internet, long distance phone, and very convenient parking was the surprising addition to the whole package - ocean, sun and sand! The condo itself was clean and stylish. “We had a wonderful stay in the “Bahama Studio”. Although the reason we selected this unit originally was because of the furnishings and the price, we were very pleasantly surprised when we checked in that it was even better than what was shown on the website! It was bright and extremely clean, we loved being able to relax on the sofa and to be able to cook and eat at “home”.

Tom’s customer service was great. Right from the original request he was very timely in getting back to us. The check-in was very smooth and he was very informative and helpful to get us settled in. We took advantage of his free airport pickup and didn’t feel the need to rental car at all. The unit was very centrally located and we could walk to almost everywhere we wanted. When we wanted to go to Chinatown and to Hanama Bay we just caught the bus that was right across the street. There were lots of great restaurants close...we cooked breakfast and lunch in the unit, but ate out somewhere different every night. We would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Honolulu. It was inexpensive, nicely furnished (the bed was VERY comfortable) and centrally located.”

“Everything that we needed at our finger tips and Tom's associates very helpful in everyway....quick response on a minor TV cable flap and tele. problem...but everyone bent over and quick to remedy the slight problems.  Very clean and attractive and modern conveniences.  this condo is within an easy walking block of all the activity and nearby beach areas.  our three night stay was worth it and will return if staying longer.  also...free parking a major plus to staying in this condo.”

Fantastic Deal! You may have heard it said, “If it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn’t.” Such was my reaction when I came across information regarding Tom Merrick’s CondoTel Rentals on the Internet. I decided it was worth taking a chance. I’m glad I did. The unit I rented, #1106 (The Bahama Studio), was everything advertised –clean, comfortable, secure—and more. It even had bamboo mats with which to lie on the beach, a small cooler to carry your picnic to the beach, and even a boogie-board to dump you over and over again onto that same beach. It offered a nice balcony view of the downtown Waikiki area with the beautiful sky and a bit of ocean in the distance; which the wife and I enjoyed every morning before we left to explore Oahu and every evening when we returned from our adventures tired and happy. Walmart and Sam’s Club were in easy driving distance. The kitchenette allowed us to have breakfast on the cheap, and to prepare picnic lunches for our daily outings. I recommend Tom’s condos .

We couldn’t have asked for a better place! The location was within walking distance to Waikiki Beach, restaurants, shops and evening entertainment. The condo was well furnished, clean, well-maintained and comfortable. The condo has very nice amenities, including wireless internet, cable t.v., laundry room, pool and everything you need for the beach. With limited parking in the area, we found it extremely convenient to have a dedicated parking spot. Tom was easy to work with and extremely helpful. The entire experience from reservations, to accommodations, to check out gets an enthusiastic two thumbs up!
