POLICY ACCEPTACE

 

Before making a payment to Waikiki Place LLC, all guests are expected to read, understand and abide by the rules detailed on the Policies page. By making a payment and accepting a confirmation you assume responsibility for maintaining the rental unit during occupancy and agree to be held liable for any and all fees arising from breakage, damage, repairs or loss to the unit or resort property. You also assume full responsibility for the actions of all members of your party. All occupants must abide by the building rules and regulations for each property.
